Shipping information

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are our packing and shipping days.

Orders received by Thursday around 11am will be prepared for shipping on Thursday; all orders received after that date will be shipped with the packages on Tuesday.

Beluga Healthcare products are shipped to Austria and Germany directly from Beluga/Germany. For tax reasons, all other EU countries must be shipped from Germany via Austria to the respective EU country. In these cases, shipping times may be longer.

Return/Exchange:

Our elja® weighted animals are manufactured to the highest quality standards, and we are happy to advise you in advance regarding finishes, weight, and size. Should your weighted animal not meet your expectations, you are welcome to return it (unused and clean) or exchange it. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

We carefully hand-sew all our weighted animals, but occasionally we might encounter a "mishap" during the sewing process. Should a repair or exchange become necessary due to an overlooked error, we will, of course, cover the shipping costs.

In all cases, we ask that you contact us in advance so that we can agree on the procedure together and choose the best way forward.

Repair service :

In the spirit of sustainability, we also offer a repair service. This allows us to breathe new life into old, well-used animals, or we can "medicate" a heavy animal that has been "injured" due to an accident. Get in touch if you need help. In those cases, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
