with a focus on perception and sensory integration
For more information about the parent exchange sessions , please scroll down.

A long-held wish came true.
The elja® perception, play and experience room has opened its doors:
for ALL children and young people (from 3 to 18+ years)
for all those who would like to be supported in their perception and want to experience sensory experiences
with and without special perception
for highly sensitive and emotional children
Autism, ADHD, other special needs
For you - just as you are
I would like to offer children and young people and their families a A protected space . A space that offers them opportunities for development and physical experiences through play and interaction with others. A space to make friends and become aware of their own perceptions .
It should also provide parents with a space to exchange ideas and play together or to observe their own child.
From October I also offer regular parent meetings where an expanded, protected and trusting framework for exchange exists.
At the same time, a space for relaxation , for arriving and exhaling can be created here.
I provide loving support through play , movement , and joy . I draw on 16 years of experience supporting my autistic son, further training in autism and perception, discussions with those affected and experts, and training such as "playgroup leader with a focus on sensory integration," basic training with Komm!ASS "Interaction and language initiation for people on the autism spectrum" with Ulrike Funke, and much more.
A special, different perception and/or high sensitivity brings with it challenges in many everyday, kindergarten, school and family situations , which are easier to master if we are not alone, if we have resources, suitable conditions, understanding and cooperation at our disposal.
Here we will play lots of body awareness games with movement and fun, we will climb, slide, swing, balance, laugh, “dig in”, explore and do much more that addresses the different perceptions, such as depth perception (pulling, pushing, vibration, pressure), feeling (skin-tactile perception), seeing (visual perception), hearing (auditory perception).

Families who need financial support can find out about a grant here: elja Special Needs Topf
The basic principle is: We want to be together, which means a parent is always present. This way, you can either give your child full attention while watching or simply play along. You can spend a wonderful time together here.
To create a familiar atmosphere, friendships, and a stable group , I recommend and hope for a long-term group of at least 10 units. A semester's stability would be ideal. You are welcome to use the first few sessions as introductory sessions; if you/your child does not wish to continue, they will be billed as individual sessions. Out of respect for everyone, please let us know in advance if you are unable to attend, as the spot will be reserved for you. The exact group composition will be determined after registration.
If you're interested, please contact me via email ( gewichtstiere@elja.at ) or by phone (0680 1442820) and tell me more about yourself. Please also let me know your preferences: whether you prefer to come every two weeks or weekly, Wednesday or Friday, time, etc.

The elja® perception, play, and experience space is free to continue to develop. My hope is that it will become a center of perception that offers parent meetings, lectures, exchanges, expert services (such as occupational therapy, learning support, speech therapy, mindfulness training, and self-esteem building), a network, and much more.
If you are interested, I am happy to offer energetic support from my Cosmic Healing training with Anke Evertz for parents and children. Because perception is not only related to our physical senses . Many highly sensitive people and people with special, different perceptions also perceive energies. How often are our children, regardless of their perception, our "mirror". We all know what it's like when we enter a room where the atmosphere is tense. No matter how good our mood is when we go in, if we don't stay true to ourselves or can't set clear boundaries, we quickly "take on" this atmosphere. How must highly sensitive children feel, who probably have "all" channels open, when they are confronted with all the different facets of emotions in a kindergarten group or school class? And how do we or our children feel when we pass on "old" patterns and beliefs to our children?
